About Us

The safety and wellbeing of every player at Super Stars Football Academy is our top priority. This policy explains how we protect children in our care.

1. Our Commitment

  • We are committed to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where all children can enjoy football.

  • We follow safeguarding best practices in line with [insert local governing body/association if relevant].

2. Code of Conduct for Staff & Coaches

  • All coaches and staff must act as positive role models and treat every child with respect.

  • Staff are required to undergo background checks and safeguarding training.

  • No coach or staff member will be alone with a child — sessions are always supervised.

3. Safe Environment

  • Training takes place in safe, suitable facilities with proper equipment.

  • Emergency contacts and relevant medical information must be provided for each player.

  • First aid kits are always available, and at least one trained first-aider is present at sessions.

4. Reporting Concerns

  • Any concerns about a child’s safety must be reported immediately to the designated Safeguarding Officer at Super Stars Football Academy.

  • We take all concerns seriously and will follow appropriate procedures to protect children.

5. Communication & Privacy

  • Communication with players under 18 will be through parents/guardians wherever possible.

  • We do not share player photos or personal details publicly without written parental consent.

6. Bullying & Abuse

  • Bullying, harassment, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated.

  • Any player found engaging in such behavior may be suspended or removed from the academy.

7. Parental Involvement

  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to support their children positively and respect coaches, referees, and other players.

  • Any concerns should be raised directly with academy staff, not during training sessions.
